Main Responsibilities

As a Remortgage Case Assistant, some of your responsibilities will be to:
? Provide first level inbound call handling.
? Support Case Executives in progressing remortgage files from instruction to file closure.
? Liaise with relevant parties to chase any outstanding information to progress the case in line with
? client service level agreements.
? Ensure relevant systems and files are updated on a regular basis.
? Update case executives of potential problems and ongoing issues.
? Review files to ensure necessary information is obtained for a completion date.

Ideal Candidate

Although previous experience is not essential, it would be great if you can show the below skills:
? Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
? Excellent verbal and written communication.
? Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
? Great customer service skills.
? Willingness to learn and adapt to change.
